Waiting for Response

The owner has been contacted through email, SMS or both. The owner has not responded and we are waiting for the owner to make a decision.
Wrong Owner

The owner has responded to the email/SMS that the Item does not belong to them. The User can choose to clear the contact details of the Item hereafter.
Pickup by Guest

The owner has responded that they would like to pick it up at the Location's address. A pickup datetime and comment is available.
Left Behind

The owner has responded that they do not want the Item back. The Item will be included in the list of Items that have passed storage time.
Finished
finished
An Item has been processed (eg picked up), meaning that no further action will happen to this Item.
Shipment Paid

The owner has successfully paid for shipping. A shipping label, tracking ID, customs documentation, and handover confirmation is available.
In Route
in-route
The Item has been picked up by the courier and is in the courier's possession for delivery.
Delivered
delivered
The Item has been delivered to the owner's requested address or pickup point.
Expired
expired
The Item will be included in the list of Items that have passed storage time.
Anonymized
anonymized
The item has been anonymized and it's no longer available.
